We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Billing and Data Control Specialist.

The Billing and Data Control Specialist will provide QA support for data center output, maintain control over client computer tables and provide third party payor support for development group.

Hours for the position: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

This position has a hybrid schedule.  You must be able to work remotely and in the Conshohocken Office.

Responsibilities

Provide QA on billing output for paper claims.
Provide set up and maintenance of client tables and records.
Maintain user set up.
Perform elementary batch update on patient records (e.g.,rebills, runnotes, backout bill runs).
Support programming effort in maintenance/ development of billing, interfaces to existing as well as new third parties (hardcopy, electronic claims, and electronic payments).
Maintain files for client updates, modifications and payor requirements.
Other duties as assigned
Reads and abides by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so
Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible.

Qualifications

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Two years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Payor polices, requirements and necessary forms for multiple states
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong data entry skills
Flexible, high achiever with ability to learn quickly and meet department goals and deadlines consecutively
Strong attention to detail
Organized, detail oriented with excellent follow through abilities
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English
