Responsibilities for this role include:
Build services to power amazing user experiences on web and mobile devices.
Ship high-quality code on time
Lead development efforts from concept to production for small to medium features
Become a productive member of the team, actively participate in features' design discussion and decisions
Learn and cultivate the best design and coding practices within the team
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
Who you are
BS degree in Computer Science or related field required
2+ years of software development experience
Some additional "nice to haves" include:
Experience with Java
Experience building scalable and resilient backend systems
Solid understanding of software design, development practices, and data structures
Test-driven approach to the software development process
A passion and curiosity for creating, building new, and improving things for the better
