As Construction Manager Staff, youll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of natural gas pipeline facility and other construction projects. You will also develop and drive strategic best practices within the enterprise and industry.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
* Provides project leadership to establish project strategies, plans and construction execution philosophy
* Performs the review and acceptance of the contractor's construction schedule, budget, and contract change management are in accordance with the contract requirements
* Ensures safety, health and environmental regulations/permit requirements are being adhered to by all employees and contractors
* Expedites engineering and procurement to support construction
* Leads construction closeout, including preparation of data books, project completion reports, and lesson learned
* Develops Enterprise construction quality program and ensures compliance with the inspector qualification program, contract permits, and stipulations
* Leads and mentors other team members
* Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
* Required: Bachelors degree and a minimum of ten (10) years related experience and a minimum of twelve (12) years experience on small to mega projects with seven (7) years on large to mega projects (>$50 mil)
Physical and Environment Work Requirements:
Must be able to:
* Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces
* Carry and lift items that weigh a minimum of 50 lbs
* Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time
* Work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
* Use hand tools

General Compensation Information:
This role will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Program (AIP) payment. AIP payments are discretionary compensation based on business performance in relation to enterprise goals, the incentive opportunity for the role, and individual performance. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive awards.
