What youll do

The IT Security organization bears the broad responsibilities of delivering information security, practice governance & assurance, and data loss prevention throughout the TJX enterprise. Our worldwide team applies expertise and deep business understanding to ensure confidence for all company associates, investors, and customers.

As a Senior IAM Engineer you demonstrate deep knowledge & experience in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions that protect TJX while enabling the business with the right access. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design an approach that meets IAM Standards and lead development on assigned features. You will partner with other engineers in managing stories and providing operational support to IAM tools.

What youll need

We seek creative, security-minded professionals to provide hands-on talent and social expertise in protecting TJX and its assets. You'll work with engineers, business programs, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture in applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of engineering experience in relevant technical domain;
* Strong knowledge in Identity and Access Management technologies;
* Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment;
* Development experience in one of the following: programming languages (Java, Python, etc.), scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.) and database query language (SQL etc.);

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge on IAM concepts and best practices such as identity management, provisioning, authentication, authorization, certification/governance, monitoring, role mining along with experience in security best practices;
* Experience managing one or more IAM tools such as SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, Active Directory, or Azure Active directory is preferred;
* Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
