What youll do

The IT Security Shared Services Team is a diverse team that supports a multitude of functions both within the Cyber Security organization and the broader TJX teams. We are looking for a motivated, energetic Principal Business Analyst to support and assist with maturing our Communications Program within IT Security, with a focus on execution of strategic communications, writing, and visual presentation of information.

As a Principal Business Communications Analyst, you will have the outstanding opportunity to work across the IT Security Programs and collaborate with various business partners throughout the organization to research and develop strategic cyber program materials including, multi-year plans, engaging communications, and business change management materials and success criteria. This individual will research IT Security topics to produce creative layout solutions tailored for business stakeholders at all levels of leadership. This role will be a key contributor in communicating Return on Investment (ROI), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Business value of new products and services using critical thinking and informal influencing skills to obtain leadership agreement and support.

The Principal Business Communications Analyst will provide recommendations for creative briefs on a broad range of initiatives, through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution, across all levels of management.

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of relevant Business Analysis/Communications experience
* Extensive MS Office Suite experience
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality
* Ability to work independently and effectively on multiple projects with limited supervision
* Superb presentation and communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to independently tailor them based on situations
* Mastery level facilitation skills, creative thinking and time management
* Experience with graphic design

Preferred Qualifications

* Awareness of IT Security Terminology
* Comprehensive knowledge of the full life cycle of solution deployment requirements management, project management, and software development methodologies and industry best practices.
