Perform maintenance, repairs and installation of electrical distribution systems and components of Data Center equipment. Support the operation of the Facilities Emergency management Systems, Fire Systems and provide support for all trades, such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, general construction, grounds, irrigation and snow removal.

Participates in an on call program, responds to emergency call during and after hours and works overtime for snow removal and other building related needs.

Core Responsibilities:

Install, test and repair motors, lighting and electrical power to the Facility and Data Center. Work with and supervise contractors so that building standards are maintained. Work with other maintenance technicians on HVAC, plumbing, snow removal and any other assignment given by management which is necessary for the maintenance of the facility. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Education:

* Trade school or technical school, 8000 hrs apprenticeship
* Electrician Journeyman License
* OSHA 10 preferred, not required
* 2 4 yrs as an electrician in construction and maintenance
* 2 4 yrs experience in electrical trouble shooting and installation
* Computer and building automation systems experience
