This position is responsible for composing, editing and revising a variety of written and visual communication materials in support of Global Manufacturing Fundamental (GMF). The position requires an experienced individual with a strong technical writing background that can apply written and verbal communication skills to develop technical documents, spreadsheets, training materials and promotional material. The individual must have the ability to understand complex systems and processes and simplify this into easy to understand concepts. The technical writer will need to interface with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts within the organization to successfully complete the work required by this position.

The GMF Technical Writer should have:
* Bachelors Degree in English, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field. Prefer Bachelors degree in Writing.
* Minimum of 5 years experience composing visual and written documentation targeting both business and technical audiences.

You will:
* Execute documentation projects, starting from initial planning through writing and editing, reviewing and revising to final delivery of content
* Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, engineers, and management globally to develop technical documents.
* Edit the material of others and make corrections and improvements as needed to ensure consistency and quality product output
* Identify, develop, and maintain required manuals, training materials and documentation to support publication of GMF documents
* Interview appropriate individuals to gather necessary information to compose required documents
* Develop original content in compliance with company guidelines, procedures and policies to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the documentation deliverables
