Job Summary:

We are looking for a new talented Compensation Specialist to join the Studio Compensation Team! In addition to supporting the administrative needs for of the VP, Compensation, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for analyzing and interpreting personal services agreements to ensure accurate and timely execution of salary actions, options and expiration notifications.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will partner closely with the Compensation Team, HR Business Partners, Legal, and HR Specialist supporting day to day total rewards related needs including but not limited to the following:

* Maintaining contract management tools and databases
* Administration of all contract and executive agreements
* Alerting relevant parties in advance of expiration to facilitate extensions and/or renewals
* Overseeing the reporting of all Studio contracts and deals
* Publishing reports to various secure platforms for access by key stakeholders
* Drafting and submitting deal memos to Legal related to agreements
* Reviewing and verifying accuracy of the contracts or deal terms before they are distributed and executed
* Assisting the compensation team with the integrated planning process as needed
* Assisting the compensation team on new and innovative projects and initiatives
* Administration of the sales vehicle program
* Administration of stationary ordering for the Studio
* Vendor Invoice Management
* Coordination of survey meeting hosting when applicable
* Supporting the compensation team with survey submissions
* Submission of off-cycle bonus (and other) payments to as needed
* Scheduled and ad-hoc reporting from multiple systems/databases including SAP, Workday, CADMIN, and internal databases
* Provided administrative support to the Vice President by executing a wide variety of tasks including calendar management, business travel, expense reports, etc.
* Serve as casual buyer for the Compensation team

Basic Qualifications:

* A minimum of three years working in Compensation / Payroll / HRIS or Finance.
* Position requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with SAP/WORKDAY (or similar HRIS platforms), demonstration of managing high volumes of data with great attention to detail and the ability to understand and commit to uphold high levels of confidentiality, sensitivity and accuracy.
* Individual must be skilled with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and general usage skills for database programs.
* Individual must have the ability to assume responsibility, function effectively in a team environment or independently with minimum supervision at times and able to work exceptionally well with executives and internal associates at all levels.
* Must be flexible with changing priorities and must be a quick learner.
* Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with strong focus on attention to detail, meeting deadlines and excellent communication skills
* Flexible, self-motivated team player with ability to work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision, and willingness to support other team members as needed

Preferred Education

* Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
