Job Description

Product Vision and Leadership

* Collaborate with various small business leaders and stakeholders in all markets to define the vision for our online platforms and execute against this plan.
* Provide leadership, motivation and hands-on direction and design to the Agile teams to deliver exceptional product experiences across all our online platforms.
* Cultivate an agile and results-driven culture in which innovation and excellence are expected and customer experiences that exceed expectations is the standard.
* Partner with Enterprise teams to leverage enterprise UX standards and create a One Bank user experience for clients

Product Strategy and Planning

* Execute a clear, actionable user centric strategy roadmap with priorities to deliver optimal results for customers and the business.

Product Roadmap and Execution

* Manage the collection and analysis of market and competitive data and customer feedback, prioritize opportunities, derive conclusions and assist in creating a strategic vision that outlines the product roadmap to drive future revenue growth
* Establish Web/Customer Analytics function to leverage our data to get insights into trends and behavior of our online customers
* Define product priorities and schedules in collaboration with our GTM leadership teams across products and organizational stakeholders

What you will need to succeed:

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Economics.
* 10+ years related work experience within Financial Institution Product Development or Product Management

Preferred Skills/Experience:

* Strong preference for experience working with the small business market
* Experience working with stakeholders across multiple internal organizational groups
* Proven experience in using product and marketing to build an organizations revenue, brand and identity.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Highly effective facilitation, presentation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
