::Coral Shores Behavioral Health is an 80 bed state of the art behavioral health facility located in Stuart, Florida. The facility is an all adult, Baker Act receiving facility.Coral Shores Behavioral Health is a subsidiary of Universal Health Services. UHS is one of the nation's largest and most respected healthcare management companies. We are pleased to announce the following position in which we are recruiting: Activities/Expressive Therapist - per diem - weekdays and weekends - 4 shifts per month The Activities Therapistprovides expressive therapy intervention, including music, art and recreation to increase patients self-confidence and socialization. Teach patients appropriate identification and release of emotion, problem solving , productive and healthy physical activity and coping skills that can be carried over after discharge. Qualifications
:: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Recreational, Art, or Music Therapies or related arts degree with additional therapy. Experience: 1 year of behavioral health experience with Child & Adolescent background preferred Additional Requirements: BLS is required
