Job Description
Rig and move machines and equipment to include positioning, leveling, aligning, and anchoring.
Carry out special projects related to facilities and building maintenance and safety.
Expedite, file, and execute work orders independently.
Ensure efficient operations of all equipment and machines by executing preventative maintenance on site utility systems such as HVAC units, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, etc.
Diagnose machine or equipment malfunctions and operating difficulties, implement repairs as required to minimize downtime.
Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
