JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Managers and supports the life cycle of Targas Analyst Development Program (ADP) including but not limited to:
* Recruiting recent and current college graduates for full time positions or intern positions; including job fair coordination and attendance.
* Managing annual performance and annual rotational assignments for Analysts.
* Ensuring talented bench strength is adequate for Targas business needs.
* Recommend, develop, and implement training needs for Analysts.
* Works with the ADP Leadership Team on all ADP initiatives and events.
* Coordinates training for new hires and existing employees (orientation, lunch and learns, facility tours and other company training as required).
* Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual training calendar.
* Works closely with Human Resources, Senior Leadership Team, Departmental Managers and Supervisors to develop and effectively deliver training programs and classes in support of business needs.
* Facilitate and at times deliver interdepartmental and possibly corporate wide compliance training efforts.
* Lead periodic evaluations of training program effectiveness and provide feedback regarding improvement suggestions.
* Performs internal audits of corporate training records.
* Develop understanding of key business drivers and how to translate those into effective training programs that develop and improve skill levels across the organization.
* Participate in project work, contributing to the onward development of the teams processes, tools and systems.
* Monitor metrics to measure impact of development on effectiveness of learning programs and provide input to programs to support the needs of the business.
* Researches, identifies and applies new approaches to enhance the learning experience for end users.
* Recommend offsite training required to meet employee development needs of the business. Act as contract administrator for third party trainers providing training to our personnel either onsite or at an offsite location.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors degree, advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of 2-5 years of work-related experience.
* Strong and effective organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects.
* Strong experience in project management, certification preferred.
* Effective communicator at all levels of an organization and with individuals and groups.
* Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong sense of accountability with excellent verbal/written communications.
* Prior experience and skills in developing and improving processes.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Serves as an ongoing resource for assigned projects and employees to help identify opportunities for improvement.
* Working knowledge of third-party service provider contracts
* Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
* Ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
* Ability to adapt to new processes and technology.
* Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
* Ability to work well within a team environment.
* This position may require non-standard work hours to support business needs.
