Project Manager

Get Inspired by the Work Youll Do

* Development and management of the project plan and objectives, project scope, SYNNEX business objectives, with an overarching focus

* Utilization of previous hands-on experience of delivering CIS ERP applications to support Purchasing areas

* Determine project needs and business resources required to execute projects to support Purchasing successfully

* Assignment and management of business resources, managing the development of both human and system capabilities

* Budget, supplier and stakeholder management

* Creation and coordination of project documentation and processes, developing and track project action items and issues

* Test, and approve final products delivered. Drive the solution definition process with System Engineers and IT Leads

* Identification and communication of risks and mitigating actions

* Regular communication of project progress to sponsor, project teams and Leadership Group

* This role will have exposure to effecting real hearts and mind business change within North America and Latin America business units (travel is needed), with a long heritage in delivering the highest standards of Vendors and Customers satisfaction

Your passion is sparked by:

* Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of eight to twelve years of related experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience

* Advanced knowledge of cross departmental processes and procedures as well as advanced-level familiarity with project management policies and theories

* Distribution business background with ERP system experience are preferred

* Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships and manage the interrelationship between projects and stakeholders

* Proven experience meeting internal customer needs in ways that provide satisfaction to the customer

* Demonstrated background planning, organizing and scheduling in an efficient manner, focusing on key priorities

* Solid experience generating new approaches to system enhancements that increase users performance and efficiency

* Ability to recognize inefficiencies and opportunities to correct them

Colorado Hiring Base Salary Range:

$67,500 - $99,000

Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
