What you will do-

You will sit within the Indirect Procurement function and focus on the following:

* Partnering with Freight and Energy functional spend owners to deliver improved cost and service levels

* Leading/supporting supplier sourcing activities for assigned projects/commodities (e.g. corporate spend, consulting, capital projects, etc.)

* Data collection and spend analysis

* Market Research

* The RFx process (also known as go-to-market)

* Negotiations

* Contracting

* Implementation and continuous improvement

* Developing and driving spend leverage strategies, including policies, and driving best practice sharing and development

* Driving supplier management/development activity

What you need-

* Bachelors degree required; concentration in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Finance -preferred

* 2 years of experience required, 3+ years of experience, preferred

* Strong understanding of sourcing/procurement/strategic commodity management -preferred

* Experience developing, negotiating and implementing commercial contracts, including supply and service agreements -preferred

* Experience working in a med-tech/fast-growing environment -preferred
