Job Description

The International Strategy Analyst will assist in moving Shriners international patient strategy forward. Our strategy is to be the globally recognized resource for specialty pediatric care, training, and research aimed at maximizing every childs potential. Our patient strategy will treat more children in more places closer to their home, build international capacity, leverage our brand, expertise, membership and core Shriners mission and optimize the use of our resources.

The International Strategy Analyst will utilize progressive healthcare experience, advanced analytical skills and dataset analytics experience to assist in moving Shriners International patient strategy forward, focusing on collecting and synthesizing healthcare data and updating internal dashboards. The candidate best suited for this role will be a self-directed individual with strong communication skills who can approach challenging situations and projects with positivity, and who can successfully research and source new data that may not be easily accessible through traditional sources.

The Analysts findings will provide critical data to assist key decision makers within Shriners including International program management, fraternal stakeholders, Executive and Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have three or more years of progressive healthcare experience and possess advanced analytical skills. Proficiency in statistics and dataset analytics, as well as the ability to manage and consolidate complex data, is key in this role. A Bachelors degree in a related field is required, as is the ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed by the organization.
