The Compliance Platform team is seeking an experienced Platform Product Manager who is passionate about solving customer problems and creating experiences that are elegant and effective to drive the next generation of the Compliance Platform.
You are customer-centric, continuously demonstrate strategic & analytical abilities and are laser-focused on executing at scale. In this role, you partner with diverse cross-functional teams to lead, execute and deliver results. You must have the ability to succeed in a matrix environment, where success is dependent on your ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners in a positive, productive and transparent way.
The individual will be a horizontal leader who will work with several functional experts to outline the platform as a product, obsessing about platform foundations and integrity, platform adoption via APIs, adoption tools and documentation for 1st, 2nd and even 3rd party users and hyper-focus on usage via monitoring and dashboards.
The individual will:
* Define Platform as a Product for the Compliance Platform
* Outline the fundamentals of a platform product for continued quality, stability, scalability and global viability
* Define standardized integration patterns and own supporting tools & documentation
* Ensure deep instrumentation and establish monitoring dashboards
* Ensure platform adoption and usage in a data-driven manner
* Work closely across Compliance, Information Security, Policy, Operations, Privacy Legal, Product Legal and Development and Infrastructure to ensure complete solutions are architected to cover Business needs and requirements
Key Requirements
* Demonstrated track record of developing creative solutions in product, process or policy that delivered business results.
* Demonstrated track record of developing highly adopted platforms that scale globally
* Strong attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
* Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
* Superior verbal and written communications skills.
* Skilled at working with cross functional groups and matrix organizations in multiple geographies to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Thrives in an environment of continuous change and complexity- can drive quality insights and deliver high impact projects.
* Can do attitude, team player, fun, energetic personality, works well under pressure.
* 10+ years of experience.
* Bachelors Degree or higher, MBA preferred
* Some travel required
