In this role, you will contribute to the overall maturity and evolution of pricing within PayPal. As a Pricing Compliance Analyst/Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day pricing compliance of PayPal. You will partner with SOX PMO, Internal Audit, Risk/Compliance Teams, Sales, CSMs, Legal, and Finance to strengthen the pricing controls & framework surrounding our daily pricing execution.

* Candidate will help to establish and manage pricing-related controls and identify gaps and/or training needs in pricing compliance programs.
* Compliance Analyst/Sr. Analyst will be responsible for overseeing pricing compliance activities that support the adherence of Pricing procedures with Pricing policy, including (but not limited to) contract review, validation of approvals, validation of price category application, and validation of transactions.
* Candidate will help ensure PayPal pricing policy and governance structures are clearly documented and tracked.
* Candidate must work closely with Compliance support to collaborate and ensure consistent processes and procedures are in place.
* Manage internal relationships with SOX PMO, Internal Audit and Risk/Compliance teams
* Strive to deliver exceptional and responsive service by providing compliance expertise in a clear, solution-oriented and customer-focused manner.
* Candidate must show they can work independently

Basic Required Qualifications

* 2+ years experience with policy and contract compliance
* Bachelors Degree
* Possess strong attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective solutions which consider efficiencies, internal controls and overall impact to financial results
* Strong communication Skills & the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers, including all levels of management
* Ability to analyze regulatory risks in complex business processes, and recommend controls to mitigate those risks
* Must be self-motivated team player with a collaborative approach, working as part of a diverse, global team.
