As a Marketing Coordinator on the Network Marketing team, you will play a key role in helping to activate our teams mission to create new growth opportunities through PayPals two-sided network, strategic partnerships, and industry-defining product capabilities. Your work will help bring cross-functional marketing teams together in new ways to achieve shared goals, and will help our team drive outsized impact for the business and our customers. You'll help develop and execute initiatives across a variety of marketing disciplines, business operations, and will be responsible for working with a diverse set of stakeholders, including cross-functional marketing partners, sales, product, legal, and more. We need an ambitious individual who approaches every new challenge as a learning opportunity, knows how to ask the right questions, and can quickly master new tools and tasks. The right candidate for this role is highly detail oriented, loves to create structure, never misses a deadline, and can manage multiple complex workstreams at once with a positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset.
What You'll Do
* Help create new processes and resources designed to help the broader Network Marketing team work more effectively and efficiently together
* Aid in the development of growth marketing strategies that deliver amazing customer experiences and drive our business forward
* Support new vertical strategy development in key industries including live events and retail
* Help create and maintain team calendars and resources that provide visibility into the Network Marketing team's key initiatives and priorities
* Help manage the workflow and execution for campaigns and programs in partnership with brand, social, content, analytics, and external partners as needed.
* Work with marketing analytics to analyze program results and determine actionable next steps for enhancing the user journey and improving future performance
* Distill program & initiative results and takeaways for leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders
* Help run cross-functional meetings, gathering agenda topics and tracking follow ups
* Other priorities and projects to support Network Marketing activations as the arise
What We're Looking For
* 2-4 years of Marketing experience agency experience a plus
* Poised, polished, and clear communication
* Excellent ability to keep stakeholders informed at the right level, drive work forward with a sense of urgency, and act with accountability for your work.
* Direct experience or familiarity within building and executing against acquisition and engagement campaigns in owned & paid channels
* Has successfully worked cross functionally & built effective working relationships
* Exceptional project management skills - ability to develop and provide clear direction, prioritization and planning.
* Demonstrated success in an innovative and agile high-growth environment.
* Experience in the financial industry a plus - comfort and interest in becoming an expert in new industries a must.
