Change Management Support Associate
News Corp, a global media and information services company, is looking for a Change Management Support Associate to join our exceptional Transformation Change Management Team!
This individual will be an integral member of the Transformation Change Management Team (CMT) and will have experience with change management and communications and demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in developing communication materials, along with an ability to synthesize information and translate into meaning management information and stakeholder communications. , The Change Management Support Associate will be tasked with working with the CMT and collaborating with transformation team members and business stakeholders to solicit input and feedback for the preparation of content that supports a variety of change deliverables. They will help with project management for the CMT deliverables and activities, including meeting agendas, minutes and logistics.
They will have an ability to operate under tight deadlines, be open to pivoting their focus at short notice and contributing where the team needs additional support.
Location: USA (New York, NY)
Job Responsibilities:
* Work with the Change Management Team to support both the planning and execution of team deliverables and initiatives
* Support the Change Management team in developing presentation collateral and materials
* Support the Change team in their development and maintenance of standardized change and communication methodologies, approaches and tools, including change impact assessments; communications; training and change adoption
* Work with the team to maintain the change management playbook and change digital tool
* Maintain teams dashboards and solicit input for weekly status reports
* Gather and synthesize data and information in various forms by collaborating with transformation team members and business stakeholders
* Support the development of high quality presentations including detailed decision-making decks, high-level summary decks, and other stakeholder communications
* Quickly adapt to changes in work priorities and tight deadlines
Required & Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
* 5+ years of Business and or Communications experience preferred
* High proficiency in PowerPoint / Google slides
* Strong knowledge of Excel and word
* Ability work collaboratively within a team and have strong influencing skills
* Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment
* Must be skilled in analytical techniques, practices and problem solving
* Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required
* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
* Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
