Job Description:
The Engagement Manager leads integrated campaigns grounded in data designed to enhance customer engagement. You will contribute towards overall business objectives and the future direction of Dow Jones products, namely The Wall Street Journal, Barrons and MarketWatch.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver omnichannel engagement campaigns for Wall Street Journal, Barrons and MarketWatch members to drive reader habit and increase product adoption.
* Work with teams across the business to support the implementation/enhancement of an automated CRM strategy that engages members across their lifecycle.
* Manage 1-2 Engagement Associates to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and maintain quality standards.
* Use key data insights to develop and drive marketing strategy and communications.
* Represent the customer: advocate for seamless customer journeys, champion the value of membership
* Exercise a thorough knowledge of the brand and an ability to balance team goals with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years experience working in a marketing role. Media or publishing is a plus.
* Experience in delivering campaigns that use a variety of marketing channels
* A mindset that is curious, data literate and digital first
* The ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* First-rate communications and writing skills with the ability to present
* A passion for and understanding of Dow Jones brands, customers, and products
