Los Angeles, California Product Security Technology Sourcing Specialist As Netflix grows, the Technology Sourcing team is building for scale. Netflix is on the hunt for a smart, motivated and organised individual to join the team. The ideal candidate thrives on learning new technology and solving supply chain challenges. This position will be based out of the US region. As a Technology Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for technology sourcing and supply chain in support of Corporate and Studio needs in the Americas region including: ordering, stock control, supplier negotiations, and predicting/streamlining our inventory and tech grabs in the region. This role will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. Your Expected Impact
* Develop and communicate paved road practices for technology acquisition
* Become a trusted partner for our internal and external customers lending your expertise to ensure the best terms for Netflix
* Execute on the vision for the future state of tech sourcing and contribute to product and service roadmaps in pursuit of those goals
* Forge highly-collaborative relationships with other sourcing team members to collectively increase the scope and impact of the team
* Foster highly-aligned cross-functional partnerships with our partner support teams across Infosec, Finance, and Legal
* Support IT Asset Management team operations in the Americas region; specifically operational and performance reviews with our external vendors
* Develop and maintain product knowledge on technology and services relevant to both Studio and Corporate stakeholders
* Solicit product and service proposals and conduct deal negotiations on behalf of our customers
* Maintain accurate contracting data, vendor records, and transaction information
* Monitor supplier reliability and performance
* Identify vendor consolidation / centralization opportunities
Your Skills & Experience
* At least 5 years of experience contributing to a technology sourcing and procurement team (preferably within a multinational context)
* Excellent vendor management skills
* World class negotiating skills with the ability to challenge the status quo
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field
* Media and Entertainment experience preferred
