Job Summary

NetApp is seeking a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Project Manager to help implement and track ongoing strategic initiatives to enrich our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging program. The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply passionate about diversity and inclusion and has strong program/project management skills.

As the DB&I Project Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

* Help translate DI&B strategy to actionable plans
* Develop and drive project plans and execution strategy with stakeholder teams
* Track and manage project deliverables and key milestones
* Provide project status updates to DI&B leadership
* Build impactful relationships with Talent Acquisition, Employee Business resource groups, and other leaders within the company to execute DI&B strategy
* Drive execution of programs and events in partnership with Employee Business Resource Groups
* Supports development and deployment of communications plan including EBRG events, external events, D&I Recognitions/Celebrations, featured learning opportunities, etc.
* Create communications including messaging, blogs, social media posts, etc.
* Design templates and visuals for stakeholder presentations

Job Requirements

* A passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
* 3-5 years in Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Marketing, or a related field
* Presentation expertise and development leveraging Powerpoint
* Strong Project Management Skills

Education

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
