Job Summary

Primarily responsible for conducting investigations of matters that are identified through a variety of sources such as the hotline, quarterly exceptions reporting, emails etc. In addition, this position will conduct Global Channel Compliance reviews of Partners to ensure adherence with NetApps policies and procedures, the law and regulations.

Job Requirements

* Understanding of investigation techniques such as interviewing and investigation report writing
* Ability to formulate an effective investigation approach to allegations using all information and systems available
* Knowledge of email search tools used for conducting investigations
* Willingness to travel on relatively short notice
* Ability to interact with all levels of employees at NetApp
* Good interpersonal skills and a proven record of working well cross functionally throughout the company and globally
* Understanding of technology channel sales models
* Good presentation skills

Education

* 10+ years of investigation and/or channel compliance experience
* CFE, CPA, or CIA desireable
