Job Description

The IAM lead is accountable for leading a global DevOps team that manages the Identity and access management services across the organization. This lead role plays a crucial role in driving the IAM strategy and lay down the road map to optimize the space while meeting the business needs.No leader stands alone, and this role also involves close collaboration with peers to deliver on breakthrough ideas to develop the best in class solution which can be scalable, agile and resilient.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:

* Define and document business and technical requirements for Identity and Access Management systems, including requirements for authentication, Single Sign-on, authorization and directory services.

* Conduct business process analysis and customer interviews to derive requirements for IAM-integrated applications.

* Deliver technical IAM security configuration architecture expertise in implementing cross- organizational information sharing for a strong blueprint/framework

* Act as trusted identity security architecture advisor with the ability to provide strategic direction in leading activities in support of Authentication & Authorization tools, technologies, and enterprise security objectives

* Collaborate with Information Security and Enterprise architecture team to build a world-class solutions

* Foster the Agile DevOps culture through latest toolset to improve customer satisfaction through rapid, continuous delivery

* Participate in Identity and Access Management enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards adoption.

* Ensure delivery of a robust, scalable, and resilient integration solution

* Manage day-to-day efforts towards project accomplishments

Specific Knowledge/Skills

* Strong expertise in designing solutions with the standard IAM platforms like Okta, PingFederate in enabling single sign-on services for both cloud and on-prem applications.

* Hands-on experience in building SSO solutions with various protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and headers based applications

* Subject Matter Expert in managing directory services like Oracle LDAP, Azure AD, or Ping directory to securely store the digital identities of both internal workforce and external customer users.

* Proficiency in architecting the systems to maintain the life cycle management of identities by leveraging standard IGA tools like Oracle Identity manager or OneIdentity

* Good understanding of the latest security principles like zero trust and passwordless authentication to employ new standards in the authentication model

* Good knowledge of governance tools in defining SOD rules for enterprise apps

* Basic understanding of SOx process to support the auditing queries

* Expertise in handling web services and token exchanges
