The UX Designer is a key member of the Digital Marketing team responsible for the overall
design of our brands and digital product presentation. This role brings the voice of the user into
the designs for Mohawks banner product lines for both B2C and B2B applications.
Job Description

The UX Designer will work closely with Product Owners, UI developers, as well as internal
stakeholders in sales, support, and implementation, to help determine the best solutions for
solving our users most important problems. This role is best filled by someone who can see the
big picture and understands how their work not only solves the needs of our clients, but also how
it serves the needs of the brand vision and the needs of the company as we continue to grow.
Additionally, an exacting level of attention to details is crucial to maintaining efficient and
expeditious interaction design iterations throughout the design process. The UX Designer will
work within an Agile team of as a collaborative partner and lead the conversation of user
importance as we push new applications to our bring products and brands to market. The ideal
candidate will bring fresh ideas, be a good listener, have great questions, and bring strong critical
thinking and problem-solving skills to the team.
What youll be doing:

* Shape the user experience and design for one of the core brands in our portfolio
* Collaborate with Product Owners to find solutions to clients problems and translate them
into delightful product experiences for our users
* Collaborate with UI developers to understand the technology restrictions and design
solutions that are feasible
* Understand our user personas and create designs that fit their need
* Be a champion for the user and bring the understanding to the Product Owners and UI
development teams
* Work with other UX designers on the team to provide designs that meet our Visual and
Interaction Design standards
* Create mockups, wireframes and prototypes to communicate the design with Product
owners and UI development
* Facilitate usability tests with users to validate designs before the feature is implemented
and adjust the designs based on feedback
* Work in a fast-paced Agile environment

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience designing products on a SaaS solution, platform, marketplace, or
other software-led product in an agile B2B environment.
* Strong portfolio that demonstrates the design process
* Experience working with Agile teams by sharing your design vision
* Experience using design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.
* Experience designing Web applications and Mobile apps
* Bachelors Degree in HCI, Graphic Design or other related fields
