Primary Objective:
Responsible for process reliability, accuracy of data reporting and implementation of procedure and process changes.
Major Functions and Scope:
* Oversees and maintains the process reliability program.
* Trains hourly personnel to perform activities affecting quality and manufacturing processes.
* Assists in writing and teaching process procedures to ensure corrective and preventative actions are taking place.
* Accountable for problem solving in assigned priority areas utilizing corrective measures to maintain product quality standards.
* Develops, test, and implements process improvements.
* Ensures safe and healthful working conditions and an organized work environment.
* Supports the implementation of new manufacturing equipment.
* Performs other duties as required.
Knowledge, Experience and Competencies
* Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree in engineering preferred. Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
* 3-5 years manufacturing experience with supervisory and quality control experience preferred.
* Core competencies include strong communication skills, organization, data analysis and interpretation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to train and coach. Ability to coordinate priorities.
