General Job description:

Inspect lamination production of LVT product (Dryback or Click) for defects. Assist with Line Start and Stop Events and assisting stacker operator. Work 12-hour shift. Manage waste bins while rotation from utility to inspector. Must Stand long periods and be able to drive a hyster.

Job duties and responsibilities:

* Responsible for personal safety and participating in plant safety process.
* Inspect Premier side of product as it flows through the equipment.
* Must follow the quality management system policy and procedures to insure accuracy of inspection.
* Communicate defects and issues to appropriate manufacturing team members.
* Provide appropriate disposition of sub quality product.
* Maintain a clean and efficient work station.
* Assist with line start preparation.
* Remove leader material from winder when necessary.
* Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning in area.
* Assist with off quality material movement.
* Enter data into SAP.
* Call for transfer of material from line to AGV.
* Watch for and manage splice coming through machine.
* Activate / monitor roll or slab transfer from machine to AGV.
* Assist with line changeovers.
* Operate lift truck, overhead crane, hoist.
* Job rotation and relief of other team members.
* Adjust trimmers.
* Manage scrap bins and trimmer bins.
* Mark defects with a UV marker.
* Other duties as assigned by supervision.
* Standing long periods of time.
* Must be able to drive a hyster.
