Primary Objective:
Coordinate and conduct group and individual training sessions based on staff and organizational learning needs across the business (both virtual and in person)
Major Function and Scope:
* Plan, design, develop, organize, write, and edit instructor-led training content as well as storyboards for electronic learning modules
* Interview Subject Matter Experts and clients to collect necessary information to design and develop blended education solutions
* Conduct ongoing needs analysis leveraging customer feedback, field interactions, and subject-matter-expertise to adjust learning strategy and curriculum.
* Maintain awareness of training delivery calendar by developing classroom agendas, timelines and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to Users.
* Create and Develop complete SAP End User training plan and curriculum
* Identify and Develop End User Training Content for customer based on best medium for content consumption (e.g. Online vs Instructor Led)
* Prepare and Build Training Content in SAP Enable Now
* Work with customer on instructional design and content authoring approaches for training development
* Lead team of training developers to create and meet needs and deadlines for training content
* Create and implement custom education programs that demonstrate knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and incorporate best practice delivery techniques
* Conduct training needs assessments
* Develop course objectives and design plan based on assessment results
* Conceptualize and develop evaluation measures including knowledge checks, course evaluations, and tests
* Participate in content review, revision and sign-off cycles
* Conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions (possibility to expand into training delivery in subsequent phases of the project if desired)
* Provide application knowledge, methodology expertise and/or industry knowledge
* Build and maintain client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations
* Status reporting, issue identification, problem solving
* Create and manage the development and execution of the core elements of change initiatives, including, but not limited to stakeholder engagement plan/strategy; communications strategy/plan; training strategy/plan.
* Support execution of change campaigns aligned with overall change strategy and approach
* Conduct and/or participates in formal walk-through of training materials (Train-The-Trainer Sessions) revises content, ongoing course development, as necessary.
* Perform other duties as required
Type of Experience and Knowledge:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline required.
* 5+ years experience with end to end implementation projects.
* Must have excellent documentation and communication skills-Communication required across the organization from management to the shop floor
* Must have good working knowledge of and demonstrated training plans for:
* IBP
* EWM
* TMS
* Shop Floor
* Fiori tools
* Scheduling
* SAC financial planning
* Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare requirement document, functional specifications.
* Required project management experience
