Job Description
The Pantry Person maintains food product pars and restocking stations according to business demands.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
* Works diligently to support the S.H.O.W. Service Basic Standards culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
* Acts as a role model to all team members and always presents oneself as a credit to Borgata and encourages others to do the same.
* Practices teamwork and support fellow team members to create an energized, positive work atmosphere where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.
* Complies with all departmental and Company policies.
* Maintains a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of any questionable association.
* Practices excellent grooming and uniform standards.
* Knowledgeable of all menu items and recipes for each assigned kitchen station.
* Works efficiently and accurately in operating mode.
* Identifies and informs supervisor regarding any problems with assigned station.

* Continuously cleaning and organizing work station.
* Follows and adheres to all company and departmental safety guidelines.
* Ability to read, convert recipes according to production requirements.
* Has an acquired knowledge of sanitation according to state and federal guidelines.
* Willing to take continuing training and education classes offered at Borgata or outside institutions.
* Follows all OSHA and safety guidelines set forth by the Borgata.
* Wears and utilizes all safety equipment necessary to perform job function.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Graduate or Equivalent.
* Minimum one year food service experience, with emphasis on Cold Food Production.
* Possess the ability to follow instructions.
* Must be able to read, write and have understanding of English.
* Serv Safe Certified.
