The Opportunity:

Mattel is currently seeking a Technical Program Management (TPM) Associate to join our Fisher-Price team in our East Aurora, NY office.

What Your Impact Will Be:

Youll be an integral part of the technical project and program management team that brings physical and digital experiences to life. These consumer experiences are designed to integrate seamlessly with Connected Products and Platforms that scale year-over-year. These advanced products leverage established and emerging technology platforms such as NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, IR, Machine Learning, AR, VR, image/object recognition, computer vision, machine learning, and IoT. Youll be a member of an Agile production team that works with a diverse set of partners including Marketing, Design, Engineering, IT, R&D, Testing, Systems Architecture, and software partners to drive projects from concept through execution and beyond.

What Were Looking For:

* BS preferred or equivalent experience or enrolled in an accredited university projected to graduate in Spring 2021 or equivalent Majoring and/or minoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering with a focus on Software Engineering
* Understanding of computer engineering principles and software delivery methodologies and tools
* Must have ability to juggle multiple projects, make quick decisions and possess excellent analytical skills
* Interest in technical project management, software testing, preferably in consumer or digital products
* Strong communicator (speaking, writing, and active listening) with advanced organizational skills
* Able to work in complex, fast-paced environment with both business and technical team member
* Creative problem solver that has a passion to create fun-filled, immersive, innovative play experiences for the youngest of children and families
