We are actively seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Mooresville, NC!

Work Responsibilities:

As the Employee Experience Specialist, you will:

* Be charged with improving employee engagement and organizational efficiency.

* Be responsible for driving strategy, collaboration, and action within core HR and people processes, using a proactive approach to meet the needs of the partnered business functions.

* Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding, and 30 and 90-day new hire survey and follow-up

* Lead all aspects of the MSS website, social media/employer branding platforms LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter

* Build, coordinate, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for new employees

* Assess individual and organizational training and development needs through surveys, interviews with employees, and consultation with managers

* Coordinate, develop, or source learning and development programs to meet specific training needs using various forms of internal and external delivery methods

* Lead cross-functional project teams to build learning and development solutions that drive value for the employee, team, and organization

* Review training materials from a wide variety of sources and choose appropriate materials

* Assist with recruiting process

* Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in employee engagement, training and development, and retention

* Be assigned special projects to create and implement HR solutions/processes that are aligned with the overall business direction.

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

* Bachelors degree in training and development, human resources, education, or instructional design preferred

* Minimum of three years of human resources, learning and development and/or project management experience required

* Experience researching and identifying third-party training vendors required

* Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously

* Excellent communication skills written and verbal to communicate at all levels of the organization and maintain confidentiality is required

* Requires outstanding interpersonal abilities. This individual must have the ability to work well with diverse personalities
