I.PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Under the direction of the Supervisor, pulls and stores material into pick-able locations to satisfy work orders. Supplies materials for the production lines and performs cycle count activities. Sorts and salvages returned or rejected materials. Maintains daily transactions for material transfers.

II.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Receives and stores materials.
* Pulls/Picks components to fulfill work orders requirements.
* Enters material transfers via scanner or data entry.
* Performs daily cycle counts.
* Sorts and salvages returned or rejected materials.
* Ensures that proper inventory is located in its respective area.
* Performs housekeeping activities.
* Adheres to and promote all safety rules and requirements.

III.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

* N/A

IV.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

* High School diploma or GED is required.
* Basic reading and mathematical skills.
* Counting skills.
* Ability to read and write alpha-numeric identification numbers.
* Ability to use manual pallet jack and other material handling equipment.
* Ability to speak and read basic English

V.PHYSICAL DEMAND

* Capable of continuously lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds; frequently lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds. Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 35 pounds with or without assistance.
* Frequent use of ladders.
* Use of hand pallet jack, and other material handling equipment.
* Requires continual standing/walking.
* Constant use of hands.
* Occasional stooping/bending/Kneeling

VI.WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT

Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, cold, and heat

Require foot, eye, hand, and/or hearing protection while on shop floor and any other required PPE
