Digital Strategic Initiative Leader

* Working closely with business strategic leaders, Digital Strategic Initiatives leader will bridge the understanding between business and digital to support Mercers Digital Ambitions.

We will count on you to:
* Creates actionable goals that make it possible to turn that strategy mission into tangible results.
* Conducts top level research, application, & review of deliverables before they go to the business.
* Synthesize strategies and assist consolidating operation and delivery model across the MMC Global organization and Operating Companies.
* Assist planning strategic executive meetings (for Digital Business Council ).
* Serves as adviser to organization leaders regarding their reporting requirements, often communicating complex key insights and their implications to the team.
* Leads complex projects within the organization. Demonstrates a high level of adaptability and a capability to leverage effectively across the team.
* Articulates the organizations charter in a clear and concise way that can speak to customers and colleagues at all levels.
* Works with stakeholders across the organization to identify critical data elements and define process, business rules, definitions, and tolerance levels for digital initiatives (Optimization & Growth).
* Prepares complex models and analyses of key performance indicators in order to support operational and strategic decisions.
What you need to have:
* 5+ years delivering digital solutions, strategies or capabilities.
* Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills.
* Strong working knowledge of management strategies, Digital concepts & technologies, business case development and implementation of new technologies and business models.
* Prior experience with top digital product development companies in digital enterprise product design, development and deployment.
* Demonstrated advanced ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions at all levels of the organization and clearly articulate thoughts. Demonstrated ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
* Must be able to multitask, manage multiple priorities and acting as the leader in the absence of the companys Chief Digital Officer.
