Responsible for all administrative support to Vice President, Regional Managers, Sales Manager; administer various field programs or projects and perform/oversee general office maintenance as appropriate and needed.

Essential Job Duties:

* General administrative assistance for VP, Regional Managers and Sales Manager.
* Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and on demand as requested.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including airline tickets, hotel and rental cars for division staff.
* Manage various division programs and projects.
* Supervise receptionist duties.
* Assist sales department with design and production of promotional materials, such as flyers and brochures.
* Prepare correspondence including letters and faxes for VP, RM, and Sales Manager.
* Handle notarization of business documents as a notary republic.
* Coordinate meetings, hotel needs, business luncheons and special events.
* Coordinate ordering of company forms, stationery and business cards.
* Review and approve various monthly statements and invoices.
* Provide arrangements for office services and maintenance such as coffee, water service, vending machines, pagers, etc.
* Assumes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education & Experience: High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. College coursework desired.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

* Must demonstrate good interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
* Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of management. Have prior general office experience.
* Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
* Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
* Must possess good organizational and time management skills.
* Must have the ability to prioritize and take initiative.

Machines, Equipment, and Software: Computer, 10-key calculator, multi-user telephone system, copier, fax machine, postage machine, printer, e-mail, internet, Corel Draw and Microsoft Office software.

•  2014 acquisition of Keystone Specialty, which expanded our product offering and increased our addressable market to include specialty vehicle aftermarket equipment and accessories.

•  On December 22, 2015, LKQ announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the holding company of Rhiag-Inter Auto Parts Italia
•  S.p.A (“Rhiag”), a leading pan-European business-to-business distributor of aftermarket spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Rhiag has operations in Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and Spain. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016 and is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.
