As a part of our continued growth we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Call Center Customer Service Representative. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: handling inbound customer service calls, tracking product shipments, creating call logs for Warranty Technicians and addressing general customer service issues. The Call Center Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service to internal and external customers always. Job Summary:
Handles all inbound customer service calls including tracking shipments, looking up warranty claims for payment questions issuing pickups for product, tracking core credits, create call logs for warranty technicians, and addressing general customer service issues.
Essential Job Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Contact businesses, sales representatives, and/or private individuals by phone
Deliver prepared information on products via email/verbal communication, and/or fax
Obtain customer information
Complete records of telephonic interactions, order and accounts
Answer calls and respond to emails
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Update existing customer information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls when necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures (P0572001).
Complete call logs
Be familiar with ATK internal Policies, values, employee manual, and ATK Quality Policy.
Be aware of his/her process/sub-processes and know related procedures.
Maintain performance indicators in acceptable levels.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment (control of house keeping record R0164001).
Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and administrative duties for the Accounting and Warranty departments and tracking shipments
Be familiar with ATKs Code of Safe Practices.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School graduate required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must have good written and verbal communication skills along and the ability to work well with others. Must have good customer relations skills.
MACHINES, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE: Computer, 10-key calculator, multi-user telephone system, copier, fax machine, and Microsoft Office software.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: This position requires sitting, standing, bending, and lifting. Must be physically able to lift boxes weighing approximately 30 lbs. Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details.

• S.p.A (“Rhiag”), a leading pan-European business-to-business distributor of aftermarket spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Rhiag has operations in Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and Spain. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016 and is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.
