Minimum Qualifications:
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
* 3 to 5 years of progressive, accounts payable experience with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
* Candidate must be proficient in Excel, Word; Create A Check experience a plus
* Candidate must have working knowledge of Nevada Lien laws including preliminary notices, lien releases and Nevada Sales & Use tax laws
* Candidate should be familiar with 1099 requirements
* Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English; both in oral and written form
* Candidate must be able to prioritize and manage multiple work assignments while meeting deadlines
* The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and ever changing environment
* Interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs
* Ability to deal effectively with all business contacts
* Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance in accordance with VCR appearance standards, maintain consistent adherence to the VCR Unmatched Guest Service Standards
* Candidate must be able to move freely about the office, maintain manual dexterity, access computer keyboard and operate office equipment, such as telephones, copiers, fax machines, etc
Candidate must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as requested
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 20 pounds unassisted in the performance of specific tasks assigned
* Work in a fast-paced, results-oriented and ever-changing environment.
* withstand various environmental factors such as but not limited to CRT fatigue, noise, dust, cigarette smoke, and be able to access all areas of the VCR property
