Summary
The Client Success Executive is responsible taking lead on client relationships with existing clients and serving as the main point of contact for client accounts. This individual is also responsible for the delivery of the strategy and monitors data to ensure requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
* Identify upsell opportunities and meet revenue targets
* Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by creating strategies that support the customers goals and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives
* Develop planning and solutions based on specific challenges involved. May work with employers, brokers. channel partners and health plans in partnership to create strategies and plans
* Collaborate internally with all aspects of operational deliver to ensure excellence in executing promises made to clients
* Accountable for client retention and client satisfaction for their designated book of business
* Influences client and internal timelines expectations, and proactively negotiates with internal resources to deliver on promises made, SLA's and client expectations
* May support sales presentations

Requirements
