Overview

Indiana University Health is looking for hardworking and customer service focused professionals to join our Riley Children's Hospital HR team!

Partners with customers and collaborates with the Human Resources team to successfully execute talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and basic compensation and benefits processes. Manages reports, organization of documentation, and other special projects as assigned. When problems are identified, analyzes solutions and provides their leader with sound recommendations for action. Supports workforce planning analysis initiatives to ensure the best recruiting strategies are in place and being executed effectively, assists leaders in selecting the best talent, and assists in addressing employee relations and performance issues as needed. Supports the implementation of system wide HR projects or initiatives such as annual performance reviews, employee engagement, and succession planning.

Experience in Healthcare and with employee relations (managing complex cases) is highly preferred.

Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Administration, related field, or equivalent years of experience is required.
Requires 3-5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
Requires experience in the execution of human resource programs.
Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
Requires a knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. ; FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
