Position Summary:

Seeking 2 Business Transformation Manager - Global

1 Must be:

* Bilingual/Spanish

The role reports directly to the Director, Business Transformation (based in New York) and will engage as a lead program manager and business transformation support on corporately defined and executive management supported programs over a length of time. The role will work with other IPG Corporate Departments, Information Technology (GIS), project participants at agencies both globally and across the regions, global agency support teams, and external consultants.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

* Drive the components of key initiatives within strategic program efforts and support related corporate and agency priorities; partner and collaborate with critical participating groups (e.g., GIS).
* Proactively participate in operational excellence future state design working within various IPG operations team to recognize areas for improvement, support data analytics for quantitative insights to improvement areas.
* Lead the creation and review of process documentation activities as well as oversight and progress of portfolio projects to drive adoption and compliance, working closely with existing departmental teams and/or agencies.
* Engage key parties within specific programs to push through operational engineering, definition of business requirements, defining measurable improvements of programs as necessary, through the execution of key program tenants (e.g., training, future state design sessions.).
* Support projects and teams with skills in process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem solving, accelerating transformation and value creation to drive toward required outcomes.
* Ensure visibility of project status for both internal teams and agencies via existing governance structures in place including consolidated status reporting and reviews, dependency management, and issue/risk management.
* Support business transformation efforts with active participation in process redesign activities, data analysis and comprehensive documentation of current state and future state design.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* A minimum of a Bachelor of Commerce; MBA preferred.
* Minimum 5 years advertising, media or communications agency experience, or experience working in the service industry is preferred.
* A seasoned and mature manager with significant business transformation and program management experience, ideally with experience in operational re-engineering and business analysis.
* Experience in gathering and evaluating operational information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership. The idea candidate will have experience preferably with a US publically listed parent entity.

Skills:

* A hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic environment, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work.
* Demonstrated strategic agility and ability to collaborate, with evidence of having worked as a true business partner with of a multi-national organization.
* Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
* Demonstrate change management experience.
* Strong enterprise financial and production system skills on systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
* A logical thinker who can decompose inefficient processes, determine root cause inefficiencies, and work with the business to create a best practice efficient way to proceed. The person should be troubled by processes that seem to be too complicated, take too long, or seem inefficient.
* Resilient and able to work under pressure.
* An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills in English. Exhibits executive presence in tailoring messages to the appropriate audience at various levels.
* Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment while maintaining strong focus.
* Innovative and driven to continuous improvements.
* Ability to understand and manage stakeholders' expectations.
* Ability to resolve issues and conflicts with logical and sustainable approach.
* Mentor and develop teams, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, communication, job level goals, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
