Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM MaaS360 is a market leader in the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) domain. This 100% SaaS product is delivered from 10 globally distributed data centers that service 16K+ tenants and support 5M+ devices.
Were looking for a motivated engineer focused on working with multiple technology and offer teams to ensure the MaaS360 offering is deployed, supported to achieve both corporate and regulatory compliance with specific focus on FedRamp, FFIEC/FBA, NIST 800-53, SOC2 and ISO.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Experience in leading compliance efforts for an organization.
* One or more related professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, etc.).
* Solid understanding of agile software development life cycle, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
* Experience working with external and internal auditors to appropriately convey compliance posture.
* Working with multiple compliance standards to meet each regulations required parameters.
* Ability to build standard templates that are compliant to regulatory standards.
* Drive efforts for compliance including audit coordination, reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement.
* Lead compliance projects year-over-year with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Coordinate security audits performed by both internal and external parties.
* Engage offering teams and other business units to drive compliance efforts.
* Help design and work within security architecture of continuous compliance with both operations and management teams.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
* Experience working in a compliance role in a SaaS organization.
* Understanding of current cloud technologies and web-services concepts.
* Knowledge of varying compliance standards and how they relate to regulated customers.
