Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In the role of Solution Architect, you will design the Microsoft solutions focusing on Dynamics 365, Sharepoint, PowerBI and Azure according to customer requirements, provide the knowledge and recommendations for the installation maintenance and upgrade of the system, support solutioning and responding to proposal. Additonally, collaborate with project teams to review configuration, data migration, and integration and oversee installations operation of secure and highly available platform server and networks on premise, as well as suppport/design integrations with customer systems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

* Experience designing Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform solutions
* Willing and able to pass an HR Background check
* Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/2015 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
* 5+ years working experience in MS CRM environment in any capacity
* Hands-on experience with multi-phase globally delivered CRM implementation projects
* Proficient in installation of Dynamics 365 in OnPremise environments as well as establishing tenants in Azure
* Proficient in Highly Available Scaleable Dynamics 365 infrastructure architecture
* Proficient in Disaster Recover/Business Continuity infrastructure patterns practices and implementation

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

* Active Directory installation and administration
* Network firewall installation and administration
* Network load balancer installation and administration
* Dynamics 365 SaaS administration
* Azure PaaS component administration
* Azure PaaS Security architecture and administration
* Certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013/2015/365
* Experience in Government / Public Sector background
* Understanding of CRM software implementation project life cycles and methodologies
* Understanding of AWS IaaS technologies
