Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* 5+ yrs progressive manufacturing lead exp
* Technical knowledge/practical exp- Lean Manufacturing, CI and World Class Quality Methodologies-Best in Class Health & Safety Standards
* Proven leader with ability to motivate/lead/build a large diverse group of people
* Track record of strategic thinking/translating strategic vision into tactical actionable plans that gets results
* Analytical, a change agent to drive a culture of CI
* Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity effectively
* Possesses a leadership maturity that sets the expectation of a clear, concise, open & transparent communication inside & outside of IBM
* Manages conflict timely & effectively
* Demonstrates ability to drive performance accountability within all levels at the site, ensuring effective feedback is provided to employees
* Has a demonstrated passion for work place safety/capable of setting & managing safety expectations/ standards
