The core responsibility of the Merchandising Operations Specialist is to maintain proper workflow balance and execution of all In-Store SKU projects and Eastbay SKU projects.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Merchandising Operations Specialists are to ensure all Brick & Mortar store SKUS and Eastbay SKUS are created based on monthly buyplans and Service Now requests. This includes acquiring proper physical samples or vendor images to ensure SKUS are online based on delivery to stores. Working with the internal teams to make sure all work is completed on time to support Brick & Mortar SKUS, Eastbay 000SKUS, and other in store or Eastbay initiatives.
* Merchandising Operations Specialists are to work on a weekly business report to determine what actions are necessary to ensure products flow online.
* Merchandising Operations Specialists will work as a cohesive team and balance all workloads with each member of the team so that not one person is more worked or under worked than another member of the team.
* Will rotate launch duties with all team on a Saturday rotation.
* A proficient understanding of navigating Excel. Ability to understand basic formulas and deploy them when necessary.
* Ability to sift through multiple points of data, while ensuring accuracy on all output.
* Ability to flex into different roles to meet business needs

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
