The Global Partner Operations & Enablement team is a key part of Global Operations, with the Enablement team supporting Partner Health Monitoring, Partner Governance, and Change Delivery. These teams partner closely together to enable the most impactful support for the community through management of our outsourced and contractor operations.
The Change Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing and providing direction to a diverse, high-performing team of individual contributors. They will help shape the team's long-term vision, devise and drive global goals, and identify opportunities to drive change that enables the strategic goals of Global Operations. The person will be responsible for driving relationships with partners within various cross-functional teams to drive the optimization of processes and solving challenging problems. Our ideal candidate has a passion for program and process management and excels in building partnerships, will need to understand support challenges, have creative problem-solving skills and drive any necessary trade-off decisions, while advocating for the needs of your team and our Vendor Partners.
Manager, Change Delivery Responsibilities
* Lead and enable a high-performing team to deliver on goals by providing superb 1:1 support, and enabling scalable solutions.
* Help shape team vision, establish team goals and work with direct reports and leaders across the organization on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results.
* Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of your team.
* Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions.
* Capable of addressing near term business needs as well as setting a long-term strategy for Global Change Delivery Support.
* Provide thought leadership regarding project/program management best practices and systematically mature governance, success measurement and continuous improvement processes with cross-functional teams at a global level.
* Partner closely with Global Operations, engineering, process and policy leaders to provide guidance on change delivery trade-offs.
* Communicate process, policy, and product change management concepts to leadership, business and cross-functional partners.
* Build strategic relationships with global and cross-functional partners to drive improvements to our Vendor Partners change delivery experience.
* Advocate for our Vendor Partners, partnering with global and cross-functional teams to develop global change management solutions.
* Domestic and international travel and collaboration across different time zones.
Minimum Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in support operations or 4+ years experience in a project/program management, management consulting, operations or similar strategic space
* 4+ years of direct people management experience in a complex fast-paced environment
* Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities
* Coaching-focused leadership approach with focus on employee support and growth
* Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual with experience operating with ambiguity
* Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing globally across functional teams
* Experience communicating to a variety of audiences
* Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
