Job Description

The Facebook Product Support Operations Integrity and Risk Launches Team provides project management support that bridges the gap between Product, Policy, Engineering, and Community Operations to address some of Facebooks most complex cross-functional projects. The Product Integrity and Risk Launches Team drives the integrity strategy for all new user-facing products that launch across the Facebook suite of apps.

The Product Integrity Program Manager will lead a subset of our new product portfolio and ensure that all products launch with integrity measures in place to protect our end users. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, execution-minded professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust within all levels of the organization. This person should have demonstrated experience influencing large cross-functional teams and leading multi-disciplinary conversations. They will be at the cutting edge of defining integrity standards and efficient launch strategies within their space and should have significant comfort and experience driving clarity with ambiguous problem statements. Given the speed at which products launch, this person should also be highly organized, efficiency-minded, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.

Product Integrity Program Manager Responsibilities

* Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs within Facebook to build integrity across all product launches at scale.

* Spot and creatively solve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each project.

* Advocate for the Facebook community and various Community Operations teams in discussions with Product and Engineering.

* Apply solid judgement regarding support needs across multiple competing priorities.

* Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that development and operational readiness requirements are understood and implemented.

* Develop and apply a broad understanding across all facets of operations, including community support processes, market teams, outsourcing, reporting & analytics, workforce management, etc.

* Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e. developer infrastructure/global markets/capacity readiness and transition plans).

* Communicate proactively to cross-functional partners, prepare formal recurring communications, and present to people at all levels of the organization.

* Monitor post-launch impact to assess effectiveness of support.

* Continually refine best practices for efficient and scalable end-to-end frameworks for launch process management.

* Willingness to travel internationally (1-5 trips annually).

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years experience in a project management, management consulting, or similar strategic role.

* Experience leading global projects.

* Demonstrated experience keeping up with deadlines under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a rapidly changing tech or startup environment.

* Experience in direct consumer support operations.

* SQL/data experience.
