Job Overview
Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a hands-on experienced Field Sales Trainer. This position will analyze training needs, create and update curriculum for both classroom and non-classroom learning programs, deliver training programs in a variety of mediums, formulate standardized training programs and development plans, and ensure effective and optimized operations of the Sales Training Team supporting Direct Store Delivery (DSD).
Direct Store Delivery is a part of our KDP organization that primarily focuses on the cold side of our business i.e. carbonated soft drinks, waters, energy drinks, etc. This position will specifically focus on one of our three DSD Business Units- the North BU. The geography that this role covers is approximately one-third of the United States. This individual will have impact on everyone from our Business Unit General Manager to our Merchandisers and everyone in-between.

* Creating, executing and evaluating learning initiativesacross a multitude of topics
* Continuous optimization of sales business processesacross the Business Unit
* Working in the field with our people in order to enhance capabilities
* Sharing best practices across your Business Unit as well as across the country
* Utilizing KDP technology in order to enhance all/any learning experiences/opportunities
* Ability to easily keep track of all learning that has occurred within your Business Unit
* Ability to persuade and influence all stakeholders across the Business Unit
* Individual will have to be able to deal with conflict, ambiguity and be a highly motivated self-starter
* Budget Management
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelors in a related field and minimum 5 years of related experience in Business, Economics, Education or Masters in a related field and minimum 3 years of related experience in sales or sales training
* Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum development techniques and best practices is this preferred
* Experience in developing project plans for training development and implementation
* Knowledge and experience with learning management systems (LMS) configuration and best practices is preferred
* Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
* Able to work collaboratively across business units and project teams
* Ability to present ideas clearly and execute against goals/targets
* Experience in a CPG organization is preferred
* Expertise in writing proficiency, visual graphics design, and creative talent
* Expertise in cost analysis and budget management
* Expertise in motivating and coaching individuals and influencing across a complex network.
* Skill in assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
* Skill in facilitation, public speaking, and moderating large groups.
* Skill in aligning strategic and operational needs with training programs and tools.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
