We are hiring a Sales Manager-Healthcare Digital Pathology to develop and execute a successful sales strategy and plan for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion across the region, while leading a team of sales representatives to exceed Leica Biosystems sales goals and deliver on commercial strategies.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

* Achieve and exceed regions quarterly and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix

* objectives, profit goal and market share goals

* Provide the direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for direct sales representatives. Advance

* the professional development, professional conduct, sales effectiveness and efficiency of associates

* Recruit, develop, and train sales representatives and specialists with clearly communicated sales and

* overall performance standards.

* Forecast monthly revenue projections utilizing the company CRM (Salesforce.com).

* Drive standard work to funnel management process in CRM (Salesforce.com)

* Develop, solidify and maintain high-level relationships within key accounts (including NA Top 10) in

* assigned geography; these relationships should include Senior Hospital Management (C-Suite),

* Laboratory Administration, Department of Pathology, Purchasing and/or Materials Management,

* Contracts Administration and other key departments and/or personnel

* Achieve and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support

* assistance

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

* Bachelors Degree

* 5-7 years relevant sales experience

* Prior management experience (external candidates only)

* Prior capital sales experience

* Contract negotiation/high level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment

* Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM

* Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Internal Candidate Requirements:

* Promotion - P3/P4 GCRF level applicant: Perform 90%+ to quota 2 out of 3 years (Within year is year to date) and 18 months in role (or business justification) and Must complete Sales Manager Training Program

* Lateral Move - M2 GCRF level applicant: Perform 85%+ to quota year to date and 18 months in role (or business justification) and requires Sales Director approval
