Scope of Position:

In this role, you will be involved in the overall planning, implementation, and management of all contract manufacturing support activities required for the delivery of products and services from worldwide 3rd party contractors to our distribution centers. Primary areas include the design, compilation, & reporting of key performance metrics to ensure timely, proactive management of contract management activities. We look for you to work jointly with distribution centers and accounting, central point of contact for customer service inquiries, logistics operations, transportation and distribution.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

* Leads the ERP & Data warehouse systems update, support, & maintenance
* New Product Set-Ups
* Item Master maintenance (ex: lead times, conversion factors, production group / family structures) o Works directly with vendors and external partners to update pricing tables
* Equipment 2OP BOM/Routing set-ups, as well as maintenance of rates & factors
* SharePoint Design & Administration
* Track performance (Quality, Service, Delivery, & Cost Metrics); compilation & analysis of CMO CM performance statistics (weekly, quarterly, annually, as required.)
* Score Card preparation and set the schedule for the CMO team
* Lead the process to maintain Time Tracker / File Maintenance
* Responsible to pull information on CM Ship to Promise from various sources (SciCal, Vendors, & Plants)
* Handle Backorder status and reporting out of back orders to the team/organization (evaluate B/Os & open vendor POs to ensure compliance to customer requirements)
* Track and handle Past-Due Purchase Orders to clear report (tracking & maintenance of due dates)
* Maintain various routine reporting (Glass Bottle Sales & Open Orders, Sales & CM Spending and other adhoc reports)
* Analysis of inventory data and report trends and opportunities for cost reductions
* Support Plant CM management expansion initiatives (ex: PIM)
* Develop IBP competencies to self-manage SKU / CM attributes data
* Provide project direction and responsible to drive key project streams for the Contract Manufacturing group (Container / Common PO Due Date implementation PGM)

Travel Requirements:

* Negligible.

Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time:

* Standard business hours; Monday Friday.
* Candidate must be able to work remotely stateside.

Required Education:

* Bachelors degree required.

Required Years and Area of Experience:

* Minimum of 5+ years of previous work experience within Supply Chain, specifically within Data Analysis.

Required Skills:

* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Data driven capture and analyze data from multiple resources; ability to work with large data sets.
* Microsoft Office Suite - Professional Level (Excel-pivot tables, V-lookup, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience with developing reporting from ERP systems.

Desired Experience / Qualifications / Skills:

* ERP application experience or SAP preferred.
* PeopleSoft experience desired.
* APICS certification desired.

Soft Skills:

* Ability to connect with various levels in the organization.
* Proven track record to handle workload with minimal supervision.
