Love food? The Amazon Fresh Stores team is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented program manager to continue building tools and processes for pricing management in Amazon Fresh physical grocery stores. We are a team responsible for supporting internal stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in Amazons start-up consumables-focused environment. Amazon Fresh moves quickly to experiment and learn.
This role is both creative and data driven - we need someone who can support our operating stores and evolve our pricing tools and processes as they stand today, helping us think big about defect reduction, price perception, scalability, and long-term automation.
-The ideal candidate should have analytic horsepower coupled with a passion for fixing things.
-S/he will be an excellent collaborator with the ability to effectively partner cross-functionally with product management, retail vendor management, finance, technology, and business analytics teams.
-The successful candidate will need to be able to Dive Deep to reduce defects, address store concerns and provide analytical support for future pricing strategy changes.
-The successful candidate will communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers.
-Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree or 3+ years of professional or military experience
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel
Excellent Excel skills, Tableau and SQL skills a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ownership
Good written and verbal communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Must be able to deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done
Bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A willingness to dive into defects and own fixes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Amazon pricing systems preferred
Tableau and SQL skills a plus.
