Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a full stack engineer who is passionate about designing and building user interfaces for our data warehousing and analytics platform that will delight our users. You will work on re-imagined interfaces that keep our users at the center by understanding their workflows at a detailed level and enabling them by understanding the full stack of our product. Improving productivity of data analysts and DBA(s) by innovating and simplifying the analysis and querying of data is the goal.

You are:
Have a track record of bringing to market delightful user experience for analytics products with a demonstrated understanding of the full stack of products
Solid computer science fundamentals in object oriented programming
Strong understanding of interfaces between front end and back end
Collaborative, owns the work and takes initiative
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C including object-oriented design
1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
3+ years of programming experience in production software
Strong knowledge of Javascript, ReactJS and Java
Knowledge of SQL
Strong understanding of front end designs and back end APIs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years professional experience in software development
